We store usernames, email addresses, and passwords securely in a database hosted by Azure in the West Europe region, following current guidelines. The database is managed by the System Integrators at AFAS Software.AFAS Connect Security
AFAS Connect's security is tested every year by Defion. If any problems are found, AFAS solves them. Defion then tests again until the problem is solved. For security reasons, detailed test results are not made public. More information from the tests can be found on our Customer Portal: https://klant.afas.nl/certificeringen.The website's security uses a COMODO SSL certificate with the sha256 hash algorithm.
AFAS Connect Test Tools
To test connectors, AFAS Connect uses static tokens and participant numbers. The tokens and participant numbers are stored in the user's browser session storage.Data that users get through connectors using the AFAS Connect test tools is not stored in the Azure database.
