As AFAS Connect is a public forum, please exercise caution when posting any information. Do not share any details that you wouldn't want to be found online, such as address, email, phone number, AFAS Online participant number, and token.AFAS Connect Moderation
We use moderators on AFAS Connect. The moderators are responsible for removing spam and answering questions, among other duties. Moderators have authorization rights to: • Manage forum articles, comments, and accounts. • Maintain help articles. • Maintain tags and categories.Account on AFAS Connect
The AFAS Connect forum allows visitors to share information or ask questions. Each visitor must first register with an email address and a strong, unique password. They will then receive an email to activate their account. After activation, visitors can post new messages and/or reply to existing ones. An account ensures messages are not anonymous and prevents spamming on the forum. It is not possible to log in with your existing AFAS Customer Portal credentials, as AFAS Connect is accessible to anyone seeking information or having questions about Profit Connectors, even if they are not an AFAS customer.Account Information Management
We securely store usernames, email addresses, and passwords in a database hosted by Azure, in the West Europe region, according to current guidelines. The database is managed by AFAS Software's Product Development department.AFAS Connect Security
AFAS Connect's security is tested annually by Computest. The test results are provided as feedback. If any issues are identified, AFAS resolves them. Computest then retests until a solution is found. Due to security considerations, detailed test results are not publicly disclosed. More information from the tests can be found on our Customer Portal: https://klant.afas.nl/certificeringen The website's security utilizes a COMODO SSL certificate that employs the sha256 hash algorithm.AFAS Connect Test Tooling
For testing connectors, AFAS Connect users employ tokens and participant numbers. The tokens and participant numbers are stored hashed in the user's browser local storage. Data retrieved by users through connectors using the AFAS Connect test tooling is not cached in the Azure database.Back to Login
